Instructions have been sent from the Colonial Office for the guidance of the Surveyor General, in framing the Reports, Estimates, and Specifications for this Colony in the manner adopted in the Queen's Service. I beg to attach the usual form of drawing up Reports and Estimates, to Authorize expenditure for Engineer Services in the Colonies.
